XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is NOW HIRING for an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter!

We are looking for a skilled On-Site Bilingual Recruiter to attract, recruit, and hire quality candidates for a fast-paced staffing operation.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Plant City, FL 33566

What You Will Be Doing

• Partner with hiring managers to gather position requirements and prepare job descriptions.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for a variety of light industrial positions.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing methods to recruit top talent.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure a positive hiring experience.

Position Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting experience within a light industrial staffing agency.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent phone, communication, and basic computer skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience interviewing and vetting candidates both over the phone and in person.
• Knowledge of sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting platforms and social media.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
