BDC Service Coordinator

As the first point of contact for customers seeking service appointments, the full-time remote BDC Service Coordinator will manage high-volume inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and ensure a seamless customer experience while adhering to established performance metrics. Key responsibilities: Handle high volume inbound calls and manage outbound follow-ups to ensure customer engagement Schedule and manage service appointments using the myKaarma scheduling system with accurate data entry Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership staff to enhance customer satisfaction Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; customer service experience is a plus Previous call center or automotive experience preferred Must have a dedicated office space with reliable internet connectivity Exceptional phone etiquette and strong listening skills Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly
