Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to an adult and geriatric ICU population with diagnoses including ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, DKA, Cardiogenic shock, GIB, COPD exacerbation, encephalopathy, liver failure, drug overdose, and ESRD on CRRT
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:2–3, with the possibility of taking a third patient as census requires, within a 24-bed unit averaging 19 patients daily
• Utilize unit systems including Pyxis, Epic, and SBAR for documentation and patient management
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed
• Work every other weekend and fulfill holiday obligations as required per assignment period
• Complete all compliance onboarding requirements and orientation modules within designated timelines

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Georgia or a Compact state required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR communication framework
• Ability to meet full compliance requirements prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for patients requiring CRRT
• Familiarity with post-operative ICU care and multi-system critical illness management
• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU setting
