Here’s a Glimpse at What You’ll Do: As a Machine Operator (SAW) at Lantech, you will: Operate a horizontal band saw to cut material to specified lengths Use a drill press to drill and tap holes to designated sizes Follow standardized work instructions to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals Stand for 9–10 hours per shift in a production environment Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed Work overtime when required to meet production schedules and project deadlines What Are We Looking For? (Requirements) We are looking for someone who: Can accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 inch Is capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Is willing and able to work overtime as needed Is detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment Is willing to train and become certified to operate a Raymond fork truck to move steel Is customer-focused with a strong commitment to meeting production schedules Has experience operating a band saw and drill press (strongly preferred) Has basic mechanical blueprint reading and interpretation skills Has a high school diploma or equivalent (vocational or trade school training is a plus) Is legally authorized to work in the U.S. Why You’ll Love Working at Lantech We believe great work happens when people feel supported, challenged, and valued.
