Bilingual Legal Assistant

De Wit Immigration Law is hiring a bilingual Legal Assistant for our Miami Shores office. You will support our attorneys and paralegals on real cases for visionaries, investors, and professionals from around the world who are building their careers and companies in the United States. This role offers more than document handling. You will be the primary point of contact for our active clients and learn how business immigration cases move from consultation to approval. If you have relevant experience or are talented and motivated to learn, we will teach you the ins and outs of business immigration and immigration-related federal litigation practice. The role is in person at our Miami Shores office, with full-time and part-time schedules available. Compensation is $22 to $30 hourly, plus benefits. Benefits Health insurance (the firm pays up to 99% of the employee's premium on the benchmark plan) and vision coverage. 401(k) with an employer match of up to 3.5% of pay. 15 days of PTO per year (prorated for part-time), 10 paid holidays, and a paid day off on your birthday.
