Cleanroom Production Operator / Assembler- Pay up to $18/hr- IN.

Location: Warren Park, IN

Pay: $18-$19.75/hr

Shift: 1st shift- 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

2nd shift- 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble simple and complex products according to work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Operate automated assembly equipment.
• Complete production documentation and process records.
• Package and label finished products.
• Perform quality inspections using checklists and established procedures.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform data entry related to production and quality activities.
• Use hand and power tools for assembly tasks.

Requirements

• Assembly or production experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and documentation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable performing inspection and packaging tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cleanroom experience.
• Mechanical assembly experience.
• Wiring or soldering experience.
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
• Experience operating automated assembly equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren Park, IN 46219.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
