Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift in the Fishers/Indianapolis area. This role involves the manufacturing of diabetic testing strips in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing operations of diabetic testing strips.
• Set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in production.
• Work from process sheets or instructions provided by supervisors to perform production tasks.
• Check and inspect operations against predetermined tolerances.
• Provide support to a designated area, person, or program and interface with internal customers.
• Perform semi-routine duties of a specialized nature within an assigned area.
• Handle more complex and difficult tasks as assigned.
• Maintain and continuously improve the quality system and achieve quality objectives through daily actions.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in industry tools and software.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of documentation and GMP experience.

Work Environment

This position is in a climate-controlled work environment, working at a station alongside 2-3 other employees. The role involves manufacturing diabetic test strips for the medical industry, ensuring a focus on quality and precision.

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

The pay range for this position is $22.23 - $22.23/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
