As a Machine Operator, you will work on a team of 6–7 operators and a team coordinator, supported by a control room operator. Your team will produce compounds used in cable manufacturing across Prysmian plants.Pay: $22.70 - $27.23/hr.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete routine production activities to keep production flowingReport process changes and system issuesPerform cleanouts following appropriate proceduresEnsure materials, systems, and tooling are ready for upcoming runsPerform and support daily cleaning and housekeeping activities, which are essential to maintaining safety, product quality, and efficient operationsCooperate with team members to maintain housekeeping and organization standardsPerform quality testing and make corrections as neededIdentify and communicate safety hazardsUpdate systems throughout the production processWhat to Expect in This RoleThis position involves working in a physically demanding, industrial manufacturing environment.
