Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervision as needed.
- Administer dialysis treatments per physician orders; monitor patient response, document outcomes, and report changes to the care team.
- Maintain patient safety and infection control practices; ensure accurate medication administration following policy.
- Participate in care planning, patient and family education, and discharge planning; document nursing notes and outcomes accurately.

Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in California
- Dialysis nursing experience or related dialysis care experience preferred
- Ability to work four 10-hour day shifts on a 13-week travel assignment
- Comfort working in a hospital setting and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
