POSITION OVERVIEW ZarminaliPediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicatedPediatric Behavioral Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Naperville, Illinois. You will play a vital role in advancing pediatric behavioral health within our integrative primary care model—working hand in hand with pediatricians and families to provide compassionate, coordinated care that supports each child’s path to a healthy future. WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Behavioral Health clinician at Zarminali, you will focus on: Clinical Assessment & Care: Delivering expectational behavioral health care through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning tailored to each child’s needs, while being responsive to family dynamics. Growth & Emotional Wellbeing: Supporting children’s emotional growth and resilience by monitoring behavioral and developmental milestones, identifying early signs of concern, and implementing evidence-based interventions that promote overall wellbeing. Family Engagement & Education: Collaborating with families to reinforce understanding of behavioral health conditions, align care strategies, and promote effective caregiver engagement in the child’s treatment and development. Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in alignment with ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards to ensure quality and continuity of care. Collaboration: Working as part of an integrated primary care team to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care that integrates behavioral health for comprehensive patient wellbeing. Tech-Forward: Leverages technology to enhance clinical documentation, and streamline workflows that free more time for meaningful patient connection. Growth-Orientated: Embraces ongoing learning and clinical development, contributing to innovation, peer mentorship, and the advancement of evidence-based practices in pediatric behavioral health. Family First: Honors the unique perspectives and values of each family, providing guidance grounded in empathy, evidence, and partnership to help children thrive within their everyday environments. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program Current and unrestricted license to practice as an LCPC, LCSW or LMFT in IL. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy, assessment, or behavioral health services in a pediatric, family, or integrated care setting Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment that values integration between behavioral and physical health Proven ability to assess and treat a range of pediatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns

ZarminaliPediatrics is a national organization, and compensation is determined using market-informed data, including industry benchmarks. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state-specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility. The total estimated compensation range for this position, including any applicable productivity inventive is $67k-$108k annually. . This range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
