ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I graduated from West Chester University and have built a career rooted in family, community, and service. Before becoming a State Farm agent 10 years ago, I worked in my family’s legal supplies business, where I learned the value of hard work and taking care of people. Outside of the office, I’ve been a longtime husband, father, and now grandfather, and I’ve enjoyed giving back to the community through 15 years of coaching youth football.

Today, I lead a close-knit team of 4, where we focus on creating a supportive, professional, and rewarding environment. We’re looking for candidates who want to be part of a small but strong team that values relationships, growth, and making an impact both in the office and in the community.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Walsh - State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
