Talent Acquisition ManagerLaSalle Network is partnering with our client, a PE backed, growth focused manufacturing organization, to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager in Itasca, IL. Our client is looking for a hands-on recruiter who can own full-cycle hiring across both hourly manufacturing/warehouse populations and professional corporate roles in a fast-paced industrial environment. If you enjoy variety across requisitions, building pipelines proactively, and serving as the go-to resource for recruiting process and market guidance, this Talent Acquisition Manager role offers strong visibility and impact.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting from approved requisition through candidate acceptance and onboardingPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, qualifications, and timelinesDevelop and maintain recruiting strategies for both hourly and salaried positionsWrite, post, and maintain job descriptions and job advertisementsSource candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, recruiting databases, and community resourcesReview resumes and conduct initial screening interviewsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and provide timely candidate communication and follow-upConduct reference checks, background checks, drug testing, and other pre-employment requirements as applicableSupport offer preparation, negotiations, and acceptance in partnership with HR and hiring managersMaintain accurate recruiting records within the ATS/HRISRecruit for manufacturing and operations roles (production, assembly, machine operation, warehouse, shipping/receiving, maintenance, quality, skilled trades) and build pipelines for recurring/hard-to-fill rolesBuild relationships with staffing agencies, trade/technical schools, workforce organizations, and participate in job fairs and hiring eventsRecruit for corporate/professional roles (engineering, finance/accounting, sales, customer service, IT, purchasing, supply chain, HR, management) using LinkedIn and direct sourcingTrack recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline activity, offer acceptance) and identify process improvementsEnsure recruiting practices are organized, professional, and compliant with applicable federal, state, and local requirementsQualifications8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, logistics, engineering, or a similar environmentExperience recruiting both hourly manufacturing employees and salaried/professional employeesExperience partnering directly with hiring managers while managing multiple requisitions simultaneouslyStrong sourcing and interviewing skillsExperience using an ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiting technologiesStrong communication, organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skillsAbility to prioritize competing hiring needs in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels and handle confidential information with discretionBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)Key DetailsEmployment Type: Direct HireCompensation: $120-140KBenefits (Direct Hire): Medical Insurance; Dental Insurance; Vision InsuranceBonus Eligibility: Eligible to earn discretionary bonus.Location: Itasca, IL
