What You’ll Do: Manage all phases of mechanical/HVAC projects from turnover to closeout. Review project drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure alignment. Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate resources across departments. Oversee field operations, inspections, subcontractors, and materials. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Manage project financials including forecasting, ECAC, and cash flow. Prepare and submit AIA invoices, RFIs, and change orders. Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Foremen to drive success. What You’ll Bring: 4–5+ years of experience in mechanical/HVAC project management. Strong mechanical plan/spec and design-build background. Proficiency with job costing software and project financial tracking. In-depth understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chilled water loops and refrigerant flow. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
