Product Manager

The Business Product Manager, Digital will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of company's digital ecosystem, including the website (pre- and post-login), Digital Storefront (DSF), and connected digital platforms. This role will leverage technical and business expertise to translate business vision into actionable digital solutions by assessing current state, defining future state business processes and needs, developing the business case, and submitting scope requests to our product team. The Business Product Manager acts as a business owner and strategic driver of the digital portfolio, informing product roadmaps, setting priorities, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring seamless integration across companies digital environment. The role will also own the business process mapping that ensures technology solutions align with business workflows, customer experience goals, and measurable outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in digital product management, Agile delivery, or platform strategy. Strong experience leading enterprise-level digital initiatives involving websites, customer portals, or e-commerce platforms. Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into scalable digital solutions through structured Agile artifacts (Epics, Features, Stories). Proven success driving cross-functional collaboration across technical, operational, and creative teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
