Position Specific Description The Principal Product Manager serves as a strategic leader and enterprise-level influencer within NextEra Analytics, responsible for driving the complete product lifecycle from ideation through customer delivery while maintaining close alignment with NextEra’s long‑term strategic goals and market leadership objectives. This role requires extensive experience partnering with senior leadership across NEA and NextEra Energy (NEE) to communicate compelling product strategies, build long‑term cross‑functional partnerships, and influence product direction across business verticals. The successful candidate excels at customer discovery and problem‑solving, working directly with customers and stakeholders to uncover underlying business challenges, operational inefficiencies, and strategic opportunities rather than simply collecting feature requests. They translate these insights into innovative and scalable SaaS solutions that deliver measurable business value. This position demands a strategic thinker who can balance market analysis, customer insights, stakeholder alignment, and agile product leadership to deliver high‑impact products and measurable business outcomes. The Principal Product Manager serves as a mentor and coach across multiple NEA and NEE teams while acting as a recognized subject matter expert both internally and externally.
