Paralegal

Location: Ocean Township, NJ Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: Doe $60k-$80k Well established and busy law firm with focus on residential real estate transactions seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented candidate to fill the role of a Real Estate Paralegal. 3 to 5 years experience is preferred but we WILL train the right candidate as well. Real Estate Paralegal Key Responsibilities Prepare and review closing documents for residential and commercial real estate transactions Conduct title searches, lien searches, and review title commitments Coordinate with lenders, title companies, realtors, and clients throughout the closing process Draft and file legal documents including deeds, mortgages, affidavits, and closing statements Maintain organized and accurate client files and transaction records Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and deadlines Qualifications 3 to 5 years of office experience Strong understanding of residential real estate transactions and closing processes is helpful Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced legal environment Strong communication skills for coordinating with lenders, title companies, and clients What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work with a well established and busy legal team Professional growth in a supportive environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Sbhonline
