CNC Machinist

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known aluminum manufacturer in Northbrook, IL. We are now hiring CNC Machinists who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Job Summary

$30 to $35 BOE
7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Monday - Friday

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift or longer
Steel toe shoes are required
Using small hand tools
Proficient with MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with technical specifications and blueprints
Independently set up and operate all CNC machines
Operate machine/s while maintaining blueprint specifications
Perform stability study on gauges used
Load and edit programs as needed
Perform initial inspection when needed
Troubleshoot any issues
Assist CNC operators I and II as needed
Assist with process improvement tools, such as DOE
Maintain a clean work environment
Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
Use all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and instructed
Performs other duties as assigned by manager
