Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
• Previous work in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Proven ability to design, implement, and assess behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Skilled in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and interpreting results
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Committed to ethical, student-centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, oversee, and continuously evaluate individualized behavior support plans
• Conduct functional assessments to inform strategies and track student progress
• Train and support school staff, paraprofessionals, and families in effective behavioral techniques
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and administrators to integrate behavioral supports within IEPs
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data collection in compliance with school policies
• Advocate for students with behavioral needs and participate in team meetings
