Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working within a school setting strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both staff and families
• Ability to create individualized behavioral support plans and monitor progress
• Knowledge of data collection methods and behavior analysis best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design evidence-based intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement behavioral strategies that foster student success
• Guide and support classroom staff in behavior management techniques
• Monitor, document, and analyze student data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make ongoing adjustments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral goals and recommendations
• Provide training for staff and family members as needed
