This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing employee relations, performance management, compliance, and day-to-day HR support while building strong business partnerships Responsibilities Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee matters. Support employee relations, performance management, and corrective action processes. Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and staffing initiatives. Assist with organizational changes, position updates, and job descriptions. Support HR programs including leave administration, accommodations, and compliance activities. Generate reports and analyze workforce data to support decision-making. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or Employee Relations role. Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and performance management. Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday preferred.
