Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a managed service provider.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking.
• Well-versed in the Microsoft Online Platform.

• Individuals with the following certifications will be prioritized:

  • Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ-104.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
  • Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700).
  • Microsoft Certified M365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
  • Microsoft Certified Security, Compliance, and Identity (SC-900).
  • CompTIA Network+.

Must-Have Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Effective and professional communication skills.
• Focus on work in a noisy environment with frequent distractions.
• Attention to detail.
• Technical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of electronics.
• Organized and a team player.
