Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Psych Med

Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide mental health services following Eventus WholeHealth site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine related to long-term care facilities. Quality/Compliance Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients with various adult psychopathologies. Maintain independence in practice while collaborating with a team of MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, and PAs. Receive supervision from a psychiatrist focused on mentorship and training, including monthly case conferences, journal reviews, and team meetings. Collaborate with primary care providers and psychotherapists; patients will have access to weekly psychotherapy sessions. Work with a medical assistant partner to assist with scheduling, charting, and administrative tasks. Utilize an integrated EHR system across all services. Qualifications/Education: Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and a valid state license to practice medicine, with all necessary certifications current. Alternatively, graduation from an accredited physician assistant program, passing the national certification exam, and holding a valid state license as a Physician Assistant. Geriatric, family, or psychiatric specialization is preferred.
