We are searching for a highly motivated salesperson who loves to hunt for new business  and is driven to grow a large region to achieve our ambitious goals. The ideal candidate should be obsessed with customer excellence and be committed to understanding, anticipating, and exceeding customers’ expectations. As a collaborative team player, the successful candidate will contribute to multi-state and global projects . They will also demonstrate a genuine interest in leveraging Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships, optimize sales activities, and support data-driven decision-making.

Your mission

Sales & Business Development

• Drive proactive customer acquisition across the assigned multiple-state region with a strong focus on direct business.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities while identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans, forecasts, and strategies to maximize growth.
• Manage the sales funnel, maximize conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets.
• Represent RRC as fast-growing industry leader at trade shows, conferences and industry events to identify new trends and customers.
• Support multi-state and global projects to achieve team objectives.

 
Customer Focus

• Build strong relationships with customers’ decision makers and influencers through frequent visits.
• Provide outstanding customer experience through proactive engagement and collaboration with Application Support Engineers.
• Understand customer needs, market dynamics, technical requirements, and leverage RRC’s features and benefits to create value in competitive situations.

 
Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor the competitive landscape and share market insights to support business strategy.
• Use Salesforce CRM diligently and maintain an accurate sales pipeline to enable RRC to generate accurate internal reports, create annual business plans and maximize operational efficiency.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable qualification
• Proven success in a technical consultative sales role with potential for longer sales cycles in a relevant B2B environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of intrinsic motivation and curiosity, enabling you to constantly learn and improve
• Outstanding capability to analyze and understand customer challenges by asking questions and listening
• Natural strive to visit customers on site, including the willingness and ability to travel within your region, national trade shows, as well as semi-annual meetings at Corporate Headquarters in Homburg, Germany
• Bilingual English/Spanish Speaking a plus
