Project Controls Manager

We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost control, schedule control, and document control functions across a portfolio of capital projects. This role is responsible for developing systems, processes, and reporting tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead project cost control, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis. Oversee project scheduling using Primavera P6, MS Project, or Smartsheet, ensuring milestone tracking and recovery planning. Implement and maintain document control systems to manage drawings, records, and project documentation. Provide reporting on cost performance, earned value metrics, and schedule health. Develop dashboards and tools for real-time project visibility. Manage and mentor project controls staff, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of experience in project controls for large-scale capital projects. Expertise in cost, schedule, and document control systems and methodologies. Proficiency with Primavera P6, SAP, Ares Prism, EcoSys, and MS Office Suite. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, CCP, or similar certification preferred.
