Operations Manager

Overview Our client, a long-standing industrial manufacturing and distribution business, is looking for a hands-on Facilities and Operations Lead to oversee daily activity across warehouse, repair, and facilities functions. This role reports directly to senior leadership and will guide a small team of managers and staff while keeping the broader operation running smoothly. The successful candidate will serve as a practical, big-picture leader who understands how the business functions day to day and can help strengthen processes as the company continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for facilities management and vendor coordination, while maintaining OSHA and company safety compliance, including regular safety meetings. Manage daily operations across multiple warehouse sites, including inbound and outbound product flow, dispatch, repair scheduling, and work-order prioritization. Monitor and support managers, warehouse staff, and repair technicians, tracking operational progress and performance measures such as completion times and labor utilization. Take ownership of inventory control and purchasing, ensuring accuracy, product availability, and consistent process discipline. Work with the executive team to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities, supporting planning, reporting, and alignment across departments. Oversee the on-site repair function, including hydraulic and electrical control-system repair, ensuring timelines, quality, and team performance are managed effectively without necessarily performing the repair work directly. #J-18808-Ljbffr Keller Executive Search International
