Our Schedulers are responsible for development, release and maintenance of program master schedules, subsequent functional operating schedules and order release schedules. This position has overall responsibility of master scheduling which includes incorporating material and plant fabrication lead time setbacks, historical data and capacity inputs. The Master Scheduler II is also responsible for coordinating the Sales, Inventory and Operations planning process, capacity review cycle (machine and manpower) and functioning of scheduling team. This entails the critical evaluation of used efficiency and utilization factors. The position requires significant interaction with schedulers and other plant personnel to ensure the schedule status is accurate and feasible and to provide necessary feedback to assure manufacturing throughput and support of customer requirements and sales commitments.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office, with superior proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Expert experience with an ERP system is required. Employee must have the ability to understand manufacturing processes and associated workflows. Should demonstrate high level of ethics with strong integrity.Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and shifting time requirements.
