Area Sales Manager (w/m/d) Industrial AutomationAs an Area Sales Manager (w/m/d) Industrial Automation, you will combine strategic customer management with active business development.In addition to expanding existing key accounts, you will identify, develop, and actively acquire new business opportunities. Your closing strength pays off with us!Location: Germany, Berlin/Brandenburg/Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, remote/field-based.Travel: On average 4 days per week with readiness for occasional overnight staysTASKS:· Identify and win new business opportunities.· Close cooperation and further development of our key accounts· Develop strategic growth strategies with our network.· Implement our pricing strategy· Conduct regular business reviews.· Manage prices, contracts, and negotiations.QUALIFICATIONS:· Study or comparable qualification – strong technical background and the ability to communicate with engineers on an equal footing.· Experience in sales, key account management, or business development – ideally in the automation sector.· Closing strength, communication, and negotiation skills.· Proactive and results-oriented working style.WHY IMI?Market-appropriate fixed salary plus an attractive target bonus of 30%.Own engineering team for customer-specific solutions.High degree of personal responsibility in a remote setup.International and collaborative company culture.IMI VALUES:Always Care | Be Curious | Create Impact
