Position: Customer Service Representative - JP223912

Location: Chandler , AZ (Fully Onsite)

Contract: 9/8/2026 – 9/7/2027 ( potential for extension or permanent placement)

Pay Range: $21.00 hourly, paid weekly.

Shift Availability: Open Availability required (Including weekends)

• Training Hours – Monday through Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm EST– Will follow schedule selected at offer time, once training is completed

Job Description:

DEPARTMENT- RBCC – HBS

Health Benefits Solutions serves consumers with Health Savings Accounts offered as part of employer sponsored benefit plans. Provides consumers with clear information on their accounts and guides them through various inquiries, including, but not limited to filing a claim, ordering debit cards, password resets, suspending lost/stolen cards, and locating statements.

• Provide clients and/or internal partners with clear, complete, and accurate responses to their questions and inquiries at point of call
• Deliver quality service by providing effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers and potential clients
• Manage risk by accurately authenticating clients, fully adhering to policy / procedures and proactively identifying and escalating potential risk
• Navigate through multiple applications and tools to understand policy / procedures, gain clarity on various products / services and research, and resolve issues with client accounts
• Display passion, commitment and deliver an experience that improves our customers’ financial lives

• Training Hours – Monday through Friday 9am - 5:30pm EST – Will follow schedule selected at offer time, once training is completed

* ATTENDENCE IS A MUST IN THIS ROLE!
• Must possess the skills to navigate between multiple screens/systems and keep the client/internal partner fully engaged, while quickly and accurately typing relevant notes and information
• Computer Literacy and proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint is a REQUIREMENT
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and work well under pressure in a fast paced, high call volume, and constant changing call center environment
• Strong communications skills, great grammar, and the ability to communicate with management, peers, and clients
• Robust customer service skills and the ability to resolve and de-escalate difficult situations and prevent client dissatisfaction with respect and poise
• Positive attitude that embracing coaching as an opportunity to improvement in current role
• Ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive information in a responsible manner.
• Ambitious and self-motivating

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
