What You'll Do
This is not your typical "sales" role. You will:
- Guide customers through a transparent, no-pressure buying experience
- Understand each customer's needs and help them make the best decision
- Build and manage relationships from first conversation to final delivery
- Proactively create opportunities through outreach and networking
- Deliver an experience that customers actually talk about afterward
- Show up consistently, prepared, and ready to serve

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including Saturdays)
- High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation & Schedule
- Full-Time
- $4,000 $10,000+ monthly average
- 810 hour shifts
- Weekend & holiday availability required
- 100% in-person (Littleton, CO)

Upon acceptance of an offer, ClearShift does complete background and motor vehicle record checks on all new hires. All accepted offers are contingent on successful completion of the checks and prior offenses can impact employment based on the severity and/or nature of the offense. If an offense found on the reports is in violation of the ClearShift policies, the new hire will receive an adverse action letter with options for next steps.
