About the Role: Prep Cook

As a Prep Cook, you are the foundation of our kitchen. You'll play a vital role in preparing the ingredients that bring every 4 Rivers dish to life. Your speed, accuracy, and consistency help ensure every guest enjoys a meal worth remembering.

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepping ingredients and following our delicious 4R recipes
Labeling, rotating, and storing food properly
Maintaining a clean, organized workstation
Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Supporting the team to keep the Smokehouse running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

A positive, team-oriented attitude
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Dependable and eager to learn
Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus
Passion for great food and great people
