Head Golf Professional Position Description:

The Associate Golf Professional at The Park will assist the Head Golf Professional and Director of Operations in providing a fun, inclusive, and nimble daily fee golf operation. The Associate Golf Professional at The Park will contribute their skills to a high-end daily fee facility while acquiring the necessary knowledge to further their career. The ideal candidate must be driven, eager to learn, be compassionate, empathetic, and embody the Park's Core Values. Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to: Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality that aligns with The Park’s core values of inclusion, fun, driven, and authenticity Work closely with the Head Golf Professional and golf operations team to support daily goals and long-term programming Greet and engage players, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming and energetic atmosphere on and off the course Manage daily tee sheet operations and check-in process, ensuring accurate player counts and pace of play Assist in the coordination and execution of leagues, tournaments, and special events Assist with inventory management, merchandising displays, and retail sales in The Shop Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail and storage areas Support The Park’s player development programs including junior golf, ladies clinics, PATH program, and beginner’s clinics as instructed by Director of Coaching Help create an inclusive learning environment for players of all skill levels Lead by example through punctuality, appearance, work ethic, and enthusiasm Assist in training seasonal staff or interns and help foster a positive team culture
