California Conflicts Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the California Conflicts Specialist will manage conflict inquiries, track and resolve conflict memorandums, and review new business submissions for accuracy and completeness. Key responsibilities Respond to and follow up on conflict inquiries via email, mail, or phone Review and resolve potential business and ethical conflict issues in coordination with attorneys Prepare accurate conflict reports and conduct research on new clients and adverse parties Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience 3+ years of ethics and conflicts experience in a law firm Strong knowledge of law firm administrative processes Experience with software tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure
