Senior Personal Injury Paralegal
Immediate Opening | Carrollton, Texas
A well-established and highly respected Carrollton, Texas law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Paralegal to provide dedicated support to one senior attorney handling complex personal injury litigation matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience managing significant personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to one senior personal injury attorney
- Manage a high-value personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through trial preparation
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and legal documents
- Coordinate medical records, billing records, and lien resolution
- Maintain case files and litigation calendars
- Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, experts, and opposing counsel
- Assist with deposition preparation, mediation preparation, and trial support
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
- Review and summarize medical records and case materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting senior personal injury attorneys
- Extensive experience handling complex and high-value personal injury cases
- Strong knowledge of Texas personal injury litigation procedures
- Exceptional organizational and case management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with case management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems
- Stable work history and professional references
