Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based, starting salary 50K in Miami, FL, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, supporting lead generation campaigns, and conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering presentations to prospects, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies. The Business Development Associate will also follow up on inquiries, schedule meetings, and contribute to proposals and sales materials to support revenue growth. The role is to maintain and built connections with partners, organizations, and knowledge with managing digital platform on a daily basis. must have strong costumer care experience. Qualifications Experience with marketplace businesses, small business growth, and online commerce is preferred. Candidates should possess strong presentation-related skills, including Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering Presentations. Candidates should possess business development skills focused on Lead Generation and basic Market Research to identify and qualify opportunities. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage prospects and collaborate with internal teams. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency with CRM tools and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) is beneficial. Ability to integrate AI capabilities and search is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
