In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment or delivery. Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, efficiency, safety, and teamwork are essential to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and fulfill customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanning devices.
• Verify product quantities, catalog numbers, and order details to ensure accuracy.
• Pack, label, stage, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and return products to their designated storage areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts, when properly trained and authorized.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and order fulfillment errors.
• Meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse associates, delivery drivers, and management to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory counts, and other warehouse responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing 50 pounds or more, with assistance or equipment when appropriate.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.

Preferred:

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment experience.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of electrical supplies and materials is a plus but not required.
