In the Site Coordinator position, you will empower others to find a balance between what is important to and for them, going above and beyond to help them live their best lives. The Site Coordinator role has full responsibility for implementing the Individual Support Plan for assigned people, providing leadership, mentorship, and direction to Direct Support Professionals and Assistant Site Coordinators, and act as a role model for Positive Practices within the workplace. This role requires availability during the day, in the evening, overnight, and on the weekend. The Site Coordinator position reports to the Site Service Coordinator or Regional Head of Services.
