Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility, and functional rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy 2.
