Compensation: $20.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00 AM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Powder Coat Painters for a leading manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality finished metal components while working with an established team in a manufacturing environment. • Prepare and apply powder coating materials to metal components using powder coating equipment
• Clean and prepare metal surfaces to ensure proper coating adhesion and finish quality
• Mix and prepare powder coating materials based on job specifications and color requirements
• Transfer coated parts to curing ovens and monitor the curing process
• Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and compliance with specifications
• Follow safety procedures while operating equipment and handling materials
• Record production, material usage, and quality data in Epicor and other production reports

What You Need to Bring to the Powder Coat Painter Role:

• 1+ year of powder coating, painting, or related metal-finishing experience
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English
• Knowledge of powder coating application techniques and equipment operation
• Understanding of surface preparation methods and coating adhesion requirements
• Ability to maintain quality standards and work safely in a manufacturing environment
