About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Quality to lead all quality assurance, food safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement programs within its dairy manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, ensuring the production of safe, high-quality dairy products in compliance with various industry standards and customer-specific requirements. This role is pivotal in driving a culture of food safety, quality excellence, and continuous improvement, and the VP of Quality will be the organization's quality champion, partnering closely with various internal teams to achieve these goals. Applicants for the VP of Quality position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive quality leadership experience in dairy manufacturing. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing quality and food safety teams is also required. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HACCP, SQF, GMPs, and various regulatory standards, as well as experience in leading audits and proficiency in quality management systems. While not mandatory, prior experience in dairy manufacturing and with specific dairy processing techniques is strongly preferred. The role demands a leader who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in the production process.
