Senior Manager, Commercial Insights, Patient & Access Analytics

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager to lead Patient & Access Analytics strategy for the UPLIZNA portfolio. This individual will develop integrated analytics frameworks across patient journey, reimbursement, and payer dynamics while serving as strategic advisor to senior leadership across a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Own Patient & Access Analytics strategy and priorities across UPLIZNA multi-indication portfolio
- Serve as primary analytics partner to UPLIZNA leadership, translating priorities into measurement frameworks
- Lead cross-functional analytical initiatives spanning Patient Services, Market Access, Brand, Sales, and Data Science
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for patient access journey with leading and lagging indicators
- Identify emerging access barriers and business risks through proactive analysis and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- Strategic analytics leadership experience in commercial or patient access roles
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to move beyond reporting to insight-driven recommendations
- Cross-functional leadership skills with ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience integrating data from multiple sources (claims, payer, pharmacy, reimbursement)
- Expertise in patient journey mapping and access barrier identification
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex findings to senior executives
