Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and regularly evaluate clients’ mental health statuses through telehealth sessions.

• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients to address their unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and culturally responsive methodologies.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring client safety and effective resolution of immediate issues.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment efficacy using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to external healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with diverse clients from various backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Your experience will enable you to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of individuals struggling with general psychological distress, major mental health disorders, or substance use problems. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment interventions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
