Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individual clients, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions based on specific client needs.

• Conduct initial assessments and triage care to provide appropriate clinical interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through regular meetings, ensuring comprehensive care is documented and communicated effectively.

• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge and skills necessary to meet the diverse physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients.

• Manage a caseload of assigned patients, working closely with hospital staff and community professionals to create effective treatment plans.

• Complete detailed and timely documentation of patient sessions and interventions, adhering to departmental guidelines.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to develop and execute individualized service plans.

Qualifications\n
