We're partnering with a global organization to identify a Benefits Manager to oversee the daily operations of its U.S. employee benefits programs, with additional responsibility for providing payroll coverage when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action. You'll manage the details that keep benefits programs running smoothly, help employees navigate their benefits, build strong relationships with external partners, and identify opportunities to streamline processes. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Benefits Operations: Oversee the administration of U.S. health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other employee benefits.
• Enrollment and Plan Changes: Coordinate annual open enrollment activities, from employee communications and system testing to enrollment assistance and provider follow-up.
• Employee Benefits Support: Manage benefit elections and changes related to new hires, qualifying life events, terminations, and other employment updates.
• Leave Coordination: Administer and coordinate leave programs, including FMLA, disability, parental leave, and other applicable leave entitlements.
• Issue Resolution: Act as a key point of contact for employees, investigating questions and resolving complex issues involving coverage, eligibility, and enrollment.
• External Partner Relationships: Work closely with benefits carriers and service providers to address concerns, improve responsiveness, and maintain accurate records.
• Invoice Review and Reconciliation: Validate benefits billing, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrections with the appropriate vendors.
• Records and Compliance: Maintain reliable benefits data, perform regular audits, and support compliance with applicable requirements.
• Payroll Coverage: Step in to support U.S. payroll processing when required, serving as the primary backup and helping ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of HR experience , with substantial focus on U.S. benefits administration.
• End-to-end benefits lifecycle management , including enrollment, plan updates, leave programs (FMLA, disability, parental), and invoice reconciliation.
• U.S. payroll experience to handle calculations, deductions, taxes, reconciliations, and serve as primary backup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with high accuracy in handling sensitive employee data and complex billing.
• Exceptional communication and service-oriented mindset , with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive process improvements.
• An interest in learning, refining processes, and expanding your scope of responsibility over time.
