Code Enforcement & Zoning Officer – Boonton Town We are seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate opening as a Full-Time Code Enforcement & Zoning Officer. Responsibilities Conduct residential and commercial property maintenance inspections. Enforce local code and zoning ordinances. Review permit applications. Ensure Planning Board resolution compliance. Perform enforcement inspections. Assist residents, contractors, and applicants with municipal regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum three (3) years of municipal planning, zoning, or related experience. Valid New Jersey Zoning Official Certificate preferred (Town sponsorship available). Valid driver's license. Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills. Knowledge of SDL software is a plus. Salary Commensurate with experience; starting in the $80,000 range.
