Pay, Schedule, and Location
- $23/hour, paid weekly
- Full-time schedule
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Located in Berkeley, IL
- Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and related records
- Determine shipping priorities, assignments, and required methods
- Assist with daily shipping workload and ensure packaging and labeling requirements are followed
- Coordinate shipments to and from outside vendors
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, and condition
- Direct movement of shipments between shipping, receiving, storage, and work areas
- Communicate important shipping details and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with improving shipping procedures and department efficiency
- Provide support across different areas of the department as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 years of related shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, invoices, and shipping documents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with team members and leadership
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around warehouse equipment and production areas
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
