The role combines phone, chat, and email interactions to resolve benefits questions, claims, and prior authorizations. You will work from home in FL, TX, GA, or TN with 1–3 years of pharmacy tech experience, a current PTCB/NHA certification, and the ability to multitask across channels during October through February. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rightway
