Shift Manager

Description We are looking for a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service and that the restaurant maintains high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Planning for each shift Monitoring performance during the shift Ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards Monitoring safety, security, and profitability Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the next shift Meeting shift targets and helping assigned Departments achieve their goals Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion for working in a fast paced environment.
