Material Handler

Position Overview International is hiring Full-Time Material Handlers to join our Midwest Parts Distribution Center in Joliet, IL. This position is responsible for ensuring the proper parts are shipped to get our customers' trucks back on the road. Schedule: Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Starting Pay: $22.50 per hour After 90 days of employment there will be a $500 sign on bonus. Responsibilities Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, expert service to every customer Complete all necessary steps required for customer order fulfillment in line with published operating procedures, policies and performance standards Safely operate a variety of material handling equipment including but not limited to standup forklift, reach truck, order picker, stock chaser, or pallet jack Perform data entry tasks on an RF unit for binning and picking orders Strictly adhere to all facility safety requirements Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements None Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Must wear safety shoes and approve eye protection Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to stand/walk 67-100% of the time Ability to climb a ladder and/or stairs Ability to understand and follow instructions Work overtime as needed Able to work flexible hours Desired Skills Operate an electric stock chaser with training Benefits and Compensation This position offers competitive hourly pay along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee wellbeing.
