As a Procurement Admin Specialist, you will be part of the procurement operations supporting a dynamic and collaborative team. Job Title: Procurement Admin Specialist Location: Manassas, Virginia Responsibilities Support daily procurement operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth purchasing activities and accurate reporting. Maintain procurement master data including info records, source lists, and pricing information. Create and manage purchase orders, including changes, updates, and adjustments. Assist with invoice reconciliation, goods receipt, and payment processing activities. Investigate and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational accuracy. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related operational support roles within a multinational environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Comfortable working with procurement systems, data tracking, and reporting tools.
