Associate Purchasing Specialist

Responsibilities Process purchase orders, transfers, and invoices to support operational purchasing requirements Track inventory levels and support replenishment activities based on established guidelines Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather purchasing requirements and address routine inquiries Communicate with vendors to support order placement, status updates, and issue resolution Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and system data Assist with reporting and data collection related to purchasing activities and inventory levels Support purchasing workflow processes and system utilization Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required 0–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain operations, or a related field required Strong attention to detail and well organized Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in both a team environment and independently Experience with Microsoft Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
